Plans To Expand: Manpasand Beverages To Set Up Four New Manufacturing Plants

on

Manpasand Beverages, the manufacturer of the popular Mango Sip and Fruits Up juices plans to add to its production capacity by building four new manufacturing plants.

Plants Across India

In a statement to the press, the company said it is planning to set up four plants in Sri City, Varanasi, Vadora and in East India.

Each plant will produce 50,000 cases per day. Commenting on the plans, Dhirendra Singh the Chairman and Manufacturing director of Manpasand Beverages Ltd said “The fruit juice market across India has a huge potential for growth and is still considerably untapped. To take advantage of this huge demand, we have embarked on an aggressive expansion journey to more than double our production capacity within the next two years. With the Rs. 500 crore raised through a QIP issue recently we are well placed to fully fund these four new plants. Also, as we are close to debt free, we can resort to debt funding as and when required in future.”

Construction has already begun at three sites and the company is on the lookout for a fourth site in East India. In August last year the company completed work on a new factory in Haryana.
