Food Wars Apple Risotto Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp onions minced
- 1 cup Italian white rice
- 2 cups apples peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp Parmigiano-reggiano cheese freshly grated

Instructions
- Heat the chicken broth and reduce to simmer.
- Melt the butter and sauté the onion for two minutes.
- Add the rice and one cup of the apples and sauté.
- Add the wine and bring to boil until the wine reduces.
- Add the broth and stir until almost all of it is absorbed.
- Add the remaining 1 cup of apples.
- Cook until creamy and top with the cheese.
- Serve.
