Arbor Blush
This delicious champagne cocktail uses Pisco, a South American brandy that offers up a lovely citrus hit! Courtesy of Saveur, if you’ve got Pisco on hand, you’ve certainly got to whip this one up!

- 1 ounce Lillet Rose
- 1/2 ounce Pisco
- 3 green grapes plus more for garnish
- sparkling rose

Instructions
- Muddle Lillet, pisco, and 3 grapes in a cocktail shaker; fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a champagne flute; top with rosé and garnish with grapes.
