Ingredients
- 500 grams Mutton chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Basmati rice cooked and drained
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 4 cardamoms
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 5 green cardamoms
- 4 Cloves
- 4 green chillies slit
- 1 inch Ginger julienned
- 150 grams bhuna masala
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 medium potatoes peeled and cubes
- 5-6 strands saffron
- 2 tsp rose water
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the butter and oil and sauté the whole spices.
- Add the mutton and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the bhuna masala and toss well.
- Pour in the water and cook for ten whistles.
- Take the lid off and stir in yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green cardamom powder, garam masala powder, potatoes, saffron, rose water and salt.
- Add the rice to the cooker and add a little water.
- Cook for one whistle and then take out of the pressure cooker.
- Serve and enjoy.
