Beer Batter Fish Fingers Recipe
Marinated in beer these fish fingers are a delight! Light and crispy, they are an excellent choice for your next party.

- 250 gm of fish
- 1 tbsp of garlic paste
- 1 tbsp of Salt
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 3/2 cup of Beer
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 cup of Cornflour
- 1 tbsp of white pepper
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- To the bowl, add the ingredients and the flours, and mix it well.
- To another bowl, add the eggs and beer, and beat it well.
- Dip the fish fingers in the above bowl for half an hour.
- Heat oil and dip fish fingers into the batter then drop one at a time into hot oil, turning once until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve it hot.
