Boondi Raita Recipe

Ingredients
- cup ½plain salted boondi
- 1 cup curd
- tsp ¼ to ½chaat masala
- tsp ½Fennel powder
- tsp ½Roasted Cumin Powder
- tsp ¼red chili powder
- tsp ¼black pepper powder
- 3 tsp coriander leaves chopped
- leaves Corianderfor garnish
- tsp ½rock salt

Instructions
- Add the boondi to a cup of warm water and allow them to soak for ten minutes.
- Drain the water from the boondi and lightly press the boondi to remove any excess water.
- Whisk the yogurt in a bowl using a hand held whisk.
- Put the boondi into the yogurt and mix.
- Add all the other ingredients, aside from the coriander leaves for garnish.
- Whisk the raita well.
- Pour the boondi raita into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve this raita with biryani or rotis.
