- 175 grams Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
- 40 grams cocoa powder
- 175 grams unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams caster sugar
- 75 grams flour
- 50 grams chopped walnuts or of choice

Instructions
- Line your baking tray with parchment.
- Put the oven on preheat at 180⁰C.
- Using the double boiler method, melt the chocolate.
- As it cools take the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk these till they form a smooth mixture.
- Now add the molten chocolate and mix that in as well.
- Mix in the flour and cocoa till well combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts or any other nuts of choice.
- Pour the batter in the baking dish and bake it for half an hour.
- Cool the brownie completely before taking it out of the tin.
- Cut up the brownie in shapes that you like and enjoy!
