- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 8 ounces chopped Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Keep the oven on preheat at 325 degrees Fahrenheit as you make the cookie dough.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt till combined.
- Now using the double boiler method, melt the chocolate and let it cool down a little.
- Pour the molten chocolate in a mixing bowl along with sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Beat the mixture using an electric mixer till combined.
- Now using the mixer on a low speed incorporate the flour mixture little by little.
- Once combined, fold in the chocolate chunks using a spatula.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put thick dollops of the cookie dough on it.
- Bake for 12 minutes or till the cookies are done.
- Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before eating.
