Chef Fettucine Alfredo Recipe
Chef has released instead of Jon Favreau it’s Saif Ali Khan in the lead and the famous scene of Aglio E Olio that the lead makes for his sous chef is repeated here too. Only this time it’s Fettuccine Alfredo and as much as we like Aglio E Olio, we love pasta altogether so made the Bollywood version too!

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 1/2 cups warmed milk
- kosher salt for seasoning
- pepper for seasoning
- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced shallots
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Instructions
- Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat and once melted, add the flour and whisk.
- Lower the heat to minimum and add the cloves and nutmeg.
- Add milk after two minutes of cooking, stir and bring it to simmer.
- Cook for another 3 minutes and add salt and pepper and keep the sauce aside.
- Boil water for the fettuccine, add salt along with the pasta and cook till al dente.
- In a large pan over a medium flame, heat olive oil and add the shallots and garlic and cook till they turn soft.
- Add the sauce and a cup of pasta water.
- Once the pasta is al dente, add to the pan and toss.
- Add the cheese along with salt and pepper, stir and serve.
