Chocolate Marshmallow Cutouts Recipe
Does your Valentine have a sweet tooth? Whip up a batch of these delicious cookies stuffed with marshmallow creme to finish off that romantic Valentine’s meal, and we can almost guarantee you’ll have a good night.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups butter softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 tsp Salt
- 7 ounces Marshmallow Creme

Instructions
- Whisk the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together.
- Gently stir this mixture into the butter, egg, sugar and vanilla mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Refrigerate this dough for an hour.
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
- Shape tablespoons of the dough into small balls and bake for 8 minutes.
- Using a heart shaped cookies cutter, cut a heart shaped into half of the cookies, scooping out a hollow in that shape.
- Allow the cookies to cool and spoon the marshmallow crème into the heart shaped hollows in the cookies.
- Serve immediately.
