Coconut Creme Chocolates Recipe
Nothing says it’s Valentine’s Day more than a box of chocolates, right? This Valentine’s Day, put together a batch of these easy to make chocolate balls, infused with marshmallow creme and coconut.
Once the chocolates set, wrap the chocolate balls individually in coloured foil and then put them in a pretty gift box or bag. Give them to your Valentine or even family, or friends or colleagues and sit back and enjoy the compliments.

Ingredients
- 7 ounces Marshmallow Creme
- 2 cups flaked coconut toasted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch Aof salt
- 5 ounces milk chocolate chopped
- 1 tsp shortening

Instructions
- Whisk the marshmallow creme, coconut, vanilla and salt together.
- Place this mixture in the fridge for an hour.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Cover a baking sheet with waxed paper and place the balls onto it.
- Refrigerate again for three hours.
- Melt the chocolate and shortening together and dip the balls in the melted chocolate.
- Place the balls on the waxed paper and allow them to stand until the chocolate sets.
- Enjoy!
