Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 cardamoms
- 1 stick cinnamon dalchini
- 1 green chilli
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp tsp cornflour dissolved in 2water
- 1 1/2 cups boiled mixed vegetables (carrots
- and french beans) cut diagonally
- appam

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the cardamom, cloves and cinnamon, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the coconut milk, green chilli and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the cornflour-water mixture and mixed vegetables, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Serve hot with appam.
