Copycat McDonald’s McVeggie Recipe
Delicious patty made with peas, topped with mayo and lettuce, isn’t this the burger you love ordering at McDonald’s. Now you can give it a try at home with this recipe!

- 2 sesame burger buns
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices onion
- 2 slices cheese
- cream cheese spread
- mustard sauce
- mayonnaise
- butter
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1/3 cup boiled peas
- 6 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch powdered cumin seeds
- Oil
- Salt
- pepper

Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the potatoes using your hands and add peas, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper and all-purpose flour.
- To this add two spoons of breadcrumbs and mix the whole mixture well.
- Make two patties out of the mixture and coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties till crisp.
- To make the burger first spread some butter on the insides followed by mayonnaise, mustard and the cheese spread.
- Put the cheese slice on the bottom part of the bun and microwave it for 10 seconds so that the cheese melts.
- Now put the patty on the cheese and place tomato, onion and lettuce.
- Place the top part and make the second burger the same way.
- Microwave for 10 seconds before serving.
