- 500 g corn
- 4 Green chilies
- 25 g Ginger
- 100 g maida
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- A handful of curry leaves
- 2 medium onions chopped
- salt to taste
- oil for frying

Instructions
- Blend corn with cumin seeds, ginger, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt.
- Add chopped onions and maida to the corn paste. Adjust the consistency of the paste by adding more maids.
- Make flat round cakes of the corn paste.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the corn vadas till golden-brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
Adjust the spice by adding more chilies.
You could even add corn kernels to the corn paste before making the vadais.
