Crispy Lamb Recipe

- 180 gram boneless lamb leg, cut into thin strips
- 30 gram onion, diced
- 10 gram julienned capsicum
- 10 gram julienned carrot
- 10 gram chopped Ginger
- 15 gram garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 10 gram lamb stock
- 8 gram Seasoning
- 5 gram white pepper powder
- 20 gram hoisin sauce
- 30 gram chopped spring onions
- 20 ml refined oil
- salt to taste
Ingredients

- Marinate lamb with seasoning, egg and corn flour and deep fry till crispy in hot oil.
- In a wok, add oil, ginger garlic, onion, and veggies sauté for a minute.
- Add red chilli paste, hoisin sauce, stock, pepper, and seasoning.
- Add 5 spice powder, shredded spring onion and fried lamb and toss well. Add chilli oil and toss well.
- Serve hot.
