Ingredients
- 2 cups ground beef*
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion small, diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- Worcestershire sauce as required

Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the onion and green pepper until soft.
- Next, brown the ground beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink.
- Add the barbecue sauce and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan.
- Flatten the biscuit dough and press into the cups of the muffin pan. Bake the biscuits for approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the pan from oven and spoon 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture into each cup. Bake for 10 minutes or until biscuit dough is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake again until the cheese melts.
