Instructions
  1. In a skillet, cook the onion and green pepper until soft.
  2. Next, brown the ground beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink.
  3. Add the barbecue sauce and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan.
  5. Flatten the biscuit dough and press into the cups of the muffin pan. Bake the biscuits for approximately 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the pan from oven and spoon 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture into each cup. Bake for 10 minutes or until biscuit dough is golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and bake again until the cheese melts.
