Marinated Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
- cup Aof fresh clean shrimp
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- cup ¼tomato sauce
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- Skewers
- Cayenne pepper according to taste
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Take a large bowl and add the minced garlic, tomato sauce, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Stir them well.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper, salt and basil into the bowl and mix well. Toss the shrimp into the mixture making sure it is well coated with the marinade.
- Pre-heat the grill to a medium. Skewer the shrimp and lace them on the oiled grill. Turn them every one or two minutes.
- Coat the shrimp with the left over marinade while cooking. Cook until the shrimp turns opaque.
Recipe Notes
This is a great dish when eaten as it is. You can also make flavorful lettuce tacos or toss them into a salad for texture and extra crunch. Happy eating!
