- 6-8 figs
- 12 slices parma ham
- 100 grams dolcelatte
- 2 handfuls rocket
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey

Instructions
- Cut the figs from top to root in thin slices.
- Arrange them equally on 6 plates and then arrange parma ham on top.
- Crumble the cheese over the ham and add rockets to each plate.
- Whisk together sherry vinegar, olive oil and honey and combine well to make the dressing.
- Pour this dressing over the salad before serving.
