- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 can atichoke hearts drained and quartered
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 cups Oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Mix the eggs and ilk together with a whisk.
- Dip the artichoke hearts into the eggs and milk mixture and then dip into the breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry the hearts for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Place on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese and serve.
