- 4 full chicken legs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 4 tbsp thousand island dressing
- 4-5 finely chopped olives
- 1 tbsp mustard sauce
- 4 subs
- chopped parsley as desired

Method
- Marinate the chicken legs with brown sugar, ground cumin, ginger-garlic paste, olive oil and red chilli powder.
- Grill at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes. Once done, shred the chicken with a fork.
- Split open the sub, smear thousand island dressing and mustard sauce.
- Stuff the sub with the chicken.
- Top with chopped olives and parsley.
