- 200 grams white chocolate
- 4 large ripe bananas
- 85 grams desiccated coconut
- Dark chocolate drops

Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate by warming it in a pan set over simmering water.
- Peel and slice the bananas into half.
- Stick Popsicle sticks into the middle of each half.
- Spread a tray with baking paper.
- Coat the bananas in white chocolate and then sprinkle the coconut over them until coated.
- Lay them on the baking paper and arrange two eyes and a mouth on each banana using the dark chocolate drops.
- Once done, put the bananas in a freezer and allow them to freeze for four hours up to a week.
- Take them out and enjoy!
