Gongura Chutney Recipe
Red sorrel leaves or Gongura, as they are called in Telegu, is sour in taste and loaded with vitamin C.

Ingredients
- red sorrel leaves
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 3-4 green chillies
- •Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
- crushed garlic cloves
- Mustard and Cumin as required
- 1 Red chilli

Instructions
- Wash the leaves thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry the leaves well.
- Once the leaves are fried well, set them aside. To the same pan, add mustard red chillies and fry it well. Add cumin seeds.
- Add them along with garlic and salt to the blender. Also, add the leaves.
- Blend them well.
