Hare Pyaaz Ka Khaas Sharbat Recipe By Living Foodz

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups chopped green onion
- 8 cubes crushed ice cubes
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- 3-4 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1½ -2 tbsp vanilla extract
- Black Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Puree
- 2 Peeled Oranges
- 5-6 Amaranth Leaves
- 1-2 fresh bread slices
- 1 ½ tbsp Chopped Rhubarb
- 4-5 Orange slices
- 1-2 slices Finely Chopped Lemon
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- Lemon Slices for garnish
- Mint leaves

Instructions
- In a Blender Jar add 2 to 3 cups of chopped spring Onion, 2 to 3 crushed Ice cubes and blend it well.
- In a Bowl add 2 tbsp Jaggery, 3 to 4 tbsp vanilla Sugar, 1½ to 2 tbsp Vanilla extract, black Salt to taste, 1 tbsp Tamarind puree
- Add segments of 2 peeled Oranges and squeeze out the remaining orange pulp, 5 to 6 Amaranth leaves, 1 to 2 Bread slices and mix it well.
- Then in blender jar add 1 tbsp finely chopped Rhubarb & pour mixture in blender from the bowl.
- Now blend it well and prepare a smooth paste.
- In a glass add 4 to 5 Orange slices, ½ tsp Rhubarb, black Salt to taste, ½ finely chopped Lemon, ½ tsp Vanilla sugar and 4 to 5 crushed Ice cubes.
- Take out onion paste from blender and pour in glass.
- Garnish with Rhubarb, vanilla Sugar, Lemon slice and Mint leaves.
- Hare Pyaaz ka Khaas Sharbat is ready to serve
