Ingredients
- 4 cups yard long beans cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cup potato chopped lengthwise
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 cup Water
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
- In a kadai, fry the beans and potatoes.
- While they're frying mix in the salt and potatoes.
- Add the water to the mix and cover the kadai.
- Cook for five minutes on a medium flame.
- After five minutes, remove the lid and stir well.
- Cover the pan again and cook until the vegetables are done.
- Add the pepper powder and then sauté for five more minutes on a low flame.
- Serve with steamed rice.
