Kothamalli Sevai Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked sevai
- 1/2 kothamalli ball
- 1 tbsp Peanuts chopped
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 2 tsp Oil
- a few curry leaves
- Hing
- leaves Corianderfor garnish
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mustard seeds, urad dal and peanuts.
- Add the kothamalli ball and allow it to break down.
- Stir in a small amount of hing and the cooked sevai.
- Sauté the sevai for a minute.
- Remove from the pan and add salt if required.
- Garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
- Serve hot!
Recipe Notes
Sevai is a type of rice vermicelli noodles. Kothamalli is a coriander chutney that is available readymade.
