Lemon Mint Recipe

Mint lime juice is super easy to make. It’s also very healthy, so it’s the perfect post work out drink or just something to beat the heat with. With its minimal ingredients and short prep time, this is definitely one recipe you should try!

Ingredients
- 4 lemons
- 2 cups fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup Sugar syrup
- ice cubes as required
- 1/2 cup Soda
- lemon slices for garnishing

Instructions
- Squeeze lemons to get the juice and put in a bowl.
- Put fresh mint leaves, ½ cup water in a blender jar. Blend. Add lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice cubes and blend again.
- Add soda and blend again.
- Pour into individual glasses, garnish each glass with a lemon slice and serve chilled.
