Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 cup mango grated
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 2 Red chilies
- 2 Green chilies
- 5-6 Curry Leaves
- 5-6 Cilantro Leaves
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and pop in the mustard seeds, Urad dal and Channa dal.
- Add the chopped ginger, red chilies, green chilies, curry leaves and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the grated mango and salt and sauté well till mango is tender.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Garnish with cilantro.
Recipe Notes
Throw in some grated coconuts for an added flavour!
