- 250 g Mathan Sweet Yellow Pumpkin
- 1 cup tamarind water
- ½ cup Fresh Coconut grated
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 dry red chili
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash, deseed, peel and cube the pumpkin.
- Heat a pan, add the pumpkin, tamarind water, turmeric and salt. Let it cook.
- Grind the grated coconut, green chili and mustard seeds to a fine paste.
- Once the pumpkin is cooked, add the paste and mix.
- You can mash the pumpkin if you want and allow it to boil.
- Season it with coconut oil, mustard and fenugreek seeds, dry red chilli and curry leaves.
- Serve.
