Ingredients
For the panna cotta
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 2 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 Fresh vanilla pod
- 1/2 cup sugar
For the topping
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup crane berries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
For panna cotta
- Boil the water. Turn of the heat and add the gelatine to it. Stir until it dissolves completely and becomes spongy. Keep aside to cool slightly.
- In the meanwhile, take another pan and on a very low flame heat the cream.
- Add a opened vanilla pod and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix the gelatine into the cream.
- Take out the vanilla pod and separate it in a jar and let it cool down.
- Once it cools down, pour it in the mold. Place it in the fridge for about 2 1/2 hours.
- De-mould it, add toppings and serve.
For the topping
- In a pan saute the cranberries, strawberries and raspberries.
- Add sugar and balsamic vinegar and tender them.
- Serve this with the panna cotta.
