Suits: Purple Chips With Caviar Recipe
The characters of Suits like their meals classy, unless they’re working hard which is when they opt for street style hotdogs and bagels. In the episode “She Knows” Jessica is having dinner with Mike which is quite crucial to the plot. As soon as she returns Harvey asks her “How was dinner?” and she replies, “Free caviar. What’s not to love?”
So here’s a classy recipe with caviar that the Suits team would not say no too and purple potato chips are sure to impress your friends.

Ingredients
- 1 medium purple potato
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 cups hot water
- vegetable oil for deep frying
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche
- 3 ounces caviar

Instructions
- On a mandoline, slice the purple potato paper thin.
- In the hot water, dissolve the salt and add the potato.
- Let it soak till the water cools down for 20 minutes.
- Take a heavy-bottom pan and add oil upto 2-inch length of the pan.
- Heat the oil till it reaches 350 degrees.
- Drain the potatoes and pat dry them.
- Fry the potatoes till crisp but retains their purple colour.
- Put these on a plate lined with paper towel.
- Let the chips cool down.
- Add the creme fraiche and 1/4 teaspoon of caviar just before serving.
