Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 pounds beef flank steak
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 ounce tomato purée
- 1 small sliced onion
- 1 capsicum
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 6 ounce tomato paste
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white vinegar

Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the oil keeping the flame medium.
- Put the steak in the pan and brown it on each side which should take about four minutes on each side.
- Now put the beef in a slow cooker and add the broth and tomato sauce.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomato paste, cumin, cilantro, olive oil and vinegar.
- Stir it well till it blends and cover.
- Cook on high heat for about four hours and if you have time at hand then you can even cook on low for ten hours.
- Once the meat is cooked, shred it and serve with steamed rice.
