Thai Rice Noodles With Chicken and Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 pound rice noodles
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken, sliced
- 1 tbsp chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbp brown sugar
- 1/2 pound asparagus spears cut into two inch pieces

Instructions
- Soak the noodles in hot water for 20 minutes.
- Warm the oil in a skillet and fry the garlic.
- Once the garlic begins to brown, add the chicken and the fish sauce.
- Sauté the chicken until it’s cooked.
- Add the soy sauce, chili pepper sauce and brown sugar and fry for a minute.
- Add the noodles (drained) to the skillet and then add the asparagus.
- Sauté the stir fry until the noodles are cooked.
- Serve!
