Ingredients
- 1 tumbler of Grated Coconut Thuruviya Thengaai
- 3/4 tumbler of Mashed Jaggery Vellam
- 4 powdered cardamom or elakkai
- 1/2 tumbler of Milk
- 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds kasa kasa
- 1 tablespoon Rice

Instructions
- Take a bowl of water and add the rice and poppy seeds and let it soak for about half an hour.
- In a vessel, add the milk and boil till it froths up. Once it does, switch off flame and keep it aside for cooling.
- Take a mixie or blender and add the grated coconut.
- Also add the soaked poppy seeds and rice with the water.
- Additionally add 1 more tumbler of water.
- Blend well until fine.
- Place a heavy bottomed pan or vessel on medium flame on a stove.
- Now, add the blended mixture.
- Add the mashed jaggery
- Boil for 10 minutes.
- Switch off the flame.
- Add cardamom powder
- Add milk and mix well
