Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup chopped fennel
- 1 stalk thinely sliced celery
- 2 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped terragon
- 2 tsps Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
- Boil water in a deep pan and add the lobster tails.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or till the meat is cooked.
- Keep the lobsters aside for cooling and once done, chop up the meat into bite-sized portions.
- Toss the lobster meat with the rest of the ingredients in a big bowl.
- Serve the salad with the choice of nuts that you prefer.
