Tapped Is The Craft Beer Festival By The Sea You Should Spend Your Sunday At

The craft beer craze has really caught on in Mumbai as evidenced by the many (many) mini breweries and taprooms which have sprung up across the city. This Sunday, you’ll be able to enjoy the city’s finest craft beers all under one roof at the ‘Tapped’ craft beer festival.

The festival will be held in Juhu at the Razzberry Rhinoceros which was a popular hot spot for live music a couple of years ago and is gearing up for a comeback. The Razzberry Rhinoceroses is by the Juhu beach, making it the perfect place to unwind this Sunday.

The What

Helping you unwind, of course, will be the vast collection of beers at the Tapped festival. It will offer over 30 craft beers from local breweries including Brewbot, Gateway Brewing Co, White Owl Brewery, Doolally, Independence Brewing Company and Effingut Brewerkz.

As well as beers, the festival will have food from some of the city’s best eateries; the food section has been curated by Little Food Co’s Bhakti Mehta. On the menu are pizzas and ice cream from 1 Tablespoon pizza kitchen, Bahn Mi sandwiches from Kaboom, burgers from Woodside Inn, Greek style wraps from Thalassa and Bombar breads; all foods that pair perfectly with beer.

Enhancing the atmosphere will also be live music from Tejas, FunK AssassiN a.ka. DJ Amul Lokanathan and jazz tunes.
