‘Vettah’ Actor Manju Warrier Shares Her Fitness Secrets

At 37, actress Manju Warrier does not look a day over 25. A feat she owes to her impeccable lifestyle and healthy dietary habits. The ‘How Old Are You’ actor (the irony) was recently seen playing the role of a crisp Khaki-clad Police Commissioner, Sreebala IPS in her latest action-thriller ‘Vettah’.

Although, the actor has been seen flaunting a slender body since forever, she confesses to being a fitness freak and owes her well-preserved form to her diet and exercise as well.

Diet & Exercise

When it comes to her diet, Warrier looks towards healthy options like fresh fruits and vegetables along with plenty of water to keep excess calories and weight at bay. She also prefers less oily food (preferably home cooked) and keeps eating out to a bare minimum.

Additionally, processed and junk foods are completely avoided. And the fact that she isn’t much of a sweet-toothed person helps in keeping her diet on track more easily.

No prizes for guessing what is the trained classical dancer’s favorite exercise. But of course, dance! Manju opts for practicing good amounts of dance and yoga regularly every day.

‘Vettah’ has ben receiving a lot of good reviews from audiences and critiques. A lot of which are directed towards Warrier. This is the first time the actor took on the role of a uniformed operative doing an amazing job at playing the same.

Stalwart director Rajesh Pillai who breathed his last today (February 27) at PVS hospital in Kochi, directed the movie, which released on February 26^th.
