Yotam Ottolenghi Is Releasing A Cookbook With “Simple” Recipes
If you watched the last season of Masterchef, you’ll know that there is nothing ‘simple’ about Yotam Ottolenghi’s recipes. However, the British-Israeli chef is taking steps to help those of us that are less fortunate to sample his recipes by way of a cookbook.
Called Ottolenghi Simple, the new cookbook will showcase “140 recipes, all simple in one way or more.” The UK release of the cookbook is in September, while their American friends across the pond will be privy to the book in October (no word on when it will release in Asia, unless you can ship it).
These shiny lemons are the UK cover of my next book ‘Ottolenghi Simple’. Yes!! Out in September & includes 140 recipes, all simple in one way or more.

According to Penguin Random House’s description of the book, “Each dish can be made in 30 minutes or less, with 10 or fewer ingredients, in a single pot, using pantry staples, or prepared ahead of time for brilliantly, deliciously simple meals.”
