Zomato and Dineout go head to head on Twitter
A few days ago, Zomato launched its table booking feature. While we have been waiting for this news for a while, it was only recently that Zomato forayed into this space. The news had the food industry buzzing and Deepinder Goyal, founder and CEO of Zomato was quoted as saying that they were the first to launch this feature.
Dineout didn’t take this news so well and they took to Twitter to express the same. Here’s what they had to say.

As it would have it, Zomato replied in its usual cheekiness.

Satyan Gajwani, CEO of Times Internet, who recently bought Dineout went on to say,
@satyangajwani @ZomatoIN so more open letters and less execution?

It ended like this.
@deepigoyal @ZomatoIN umm sure? Ok enough banter for today, back to work! To @dineout_india team too!

Well, it was a battle of tweets, alright.
