Deepika Padukone Tones Up With Yasmin Karachiwala For XXX
Looks like Deepika Padukone just can’t get enough of the praises and applauses. Not weeks after her biggest hits, the lassie is back to work. This time it’s for her Hollywood debut in the third edition of action flick ‘XXX’ alongside Vin Diesel.

Padukone has been training rigorously with celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, who has kept fans updated with the diva’s workout regime.
The Mastani of Bollywood is famous for her stint as a national-level badminton player and also for having one of the most athletic stars in the industry. But lets not forget with whom she’ll be sharing screen space. Vin Diesel is considered one of Hollywood’s most buff dudes and The Fast & The Furious simply reinstates our faith in this fact.
Karachiwala has been posting videos of Padukone’s training sessions on her Instagram account, where the actress can be seen lifting weights, doing deadlifts and performing muscle-building exercises in order to achieve a more toned and fit look for her role.
Workout
“She has already been pulling off 200 pounds for leg press, but there will be a lot more heavy weight training now, besides bosu (exercise routines involving a ball) and TRX suspension training. She is an athlete and enjoys the workout”, Karachiwala said.
This regimen is also quite a few notches tougher from her previous routine that involved Pilates.
Diet Diaries
Talking about the actor’s diet, the celeb trainer said that it hasn’t seen many changes, unlike her workout regime. Padukone sticks by eating every two hours to keep up her metabolism. “We have only upped the protein portions a bit,” Karachiwala added.
