[row][third_paragraph] Left Side Content [/third_paragraph][paragraph_right] Right Side Content [/paragraph_right][/row]Bollywood has seen a sudden influx of top-notch biopics, with the latest one about M.S. Dhoni starring Sushant Singh Rajput in cinemas right now. And while most of these have revolved around the sports industry, there have been a few about people from other professions and walks of life as well. The latest one to join the list of biopics could be one on celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor.

Most of us who’ve grown up watching cooking shows during the 90s and early 2000s romanticize Sanjeev Kapoor with his famous show ‘Khana Khazana’. And boy, were we thrilled when he launched his own channel ‘Food Food’ in 2011. In a nutshell, Kapoor was one of the early pioneers of Indian cuisine on television. Therefore, it is only fair that his story is shared on the big screen as well. And plus, who wouldn’t want to see a movie that revolves around delicious food and an ace chef?

Well, guess what? It may not be long before we see such a project materialize. “A biopic on me is in talks. However, I feel I need to work more. I still have to achieve many things in life,” the chef revealed at a recent event in Mumbai.

Now, we have seen enough biopics to realize that the real life character is as important as the on-screen portrayal of the same. Which brings us to the question of who’ll be playing the legendary cook in reel life. On being asked the same, the chef was quick to reply.

“There are so many good actors in Bollywood and anyone can portray my character. However, I wish my good friend and a very good actor Aamir Khan to play my character in the biopic,” said Kapoor.

And there, ladies and gentlemen, is another legendary movie in the making! Aamir Khan playing Sanjeev Kapoor in the latter’s biopic! There are no two ways about Khan’s acting prowess and with his devoted (and drastic) transformations for his upcoming movie Dangal (yet another biopic), we can only imagine why Sanjeev Kapoor took his name!
