Get a ‘Taste of Madras’ at OMR This Weekend

This weekend, on the last day of April and the first day of May, visit the YMCA Ground, OMR for a two day food festival that will treat you to everything delicious and entertaining.

‘Taste of Madras‘ is organised by PS Events and brings to Chennai an event for foodies all over the city. They have about 80 – 100 eateries setting up stalls at the food festival, making it one of the first food festivals in Chennai of this scope.

From Sowcarpet to ECR, they have tied up with various food joints to deliver to foodies the best food you could find under one roof. The flavours of steaming filter coffee and idli sambar will never fade, even as the smells of Thai curries and Iranian cuisine waft through the air. Whatever cuisine you’re looking for, they will have it.

And that’s not all! In collaboration with Aasife Biryani, you can witness in The Great Biryani Challenge with over 1,000 people and the aim of making it into the Asian Book of Records. They will also be screening the IPL, games and activities for children, music and even a lucky draw with valuable prices.
