Here’s The Secret To Katrina Kaif’s Surreal Midriff
It’s been over 72 hours since the Zee Music Company dropped Siddharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Kala Chashma’ and I can still see and hear the song in my head. And while the entire team should share the credit, Katrina Kaif’s abs single-handedly steal the thunder. Even Sid M’s charm is chai kam paani.
Yes, it’s true the Ms. Kaif’s midriff is of national importance. Unbelievable as it may sound, it’s the truth. And here’s how Kaif along with her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala managed to sculpt that body for Baar Baar Dekho.
But first, here’s why we’ve been up for the past three nights.
Fitness
Karachiwala revealed that the Kamli gal is one disciplined and dedicated soul when it comes to fitness. She said: “Katrina has been at a good fitness level for a very long time. She is very regular and disciplined with her routine and we have been maintaining that, getting better and better with every passing day.
“Her abs in the song are definitely because of her combination of Pilates and cardio. I have been doing a lot of alignment work especially on her abs, focusing more on her abdomen. But having said that, we’ve been equally working out on her arms and other parts of the body.”
Diet
What’s a good regime without a diet to follow it up? Karachiwala was once again all praises for the actor’s diet, which by the way well endowed with dark chocolate, healthy bakes, et al.
“Katrina is very good with her food. She has oat cake in the morning followed by lunch which will be fish and vegetables. Later, she’ll munch on healthy snacks in the evening, which we serve at our gym, like healthy cakes, protein crushers and stuff like that. They are made out of low sugar, dark chocolate so that it comes tasty and healthy at the same time. Then for dinner, she has eggs and soup.”
