Aloo Raita Recipe

    Ingredients
    
                - 250 g yogurt
- 1 large Potato
- tsp ½Roasted Cumin Powder
- tsp ¼red chili powder
- tsp ¼ to ½chaat masala
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 4-5 Mint leaves chopped
- salt to taste

    Instructions
    
                - Boil the potato in a pressure cooker or steamer. Peel and chop it.
- In a bowl, whisk the fresh curd till smooth and keep aside.
- Add the chopped potatoes.
- Then add the dry spices - roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala powder and salt or rock salt.
- Stir well.
- Then add the chopped coriander leaves and chopped mint leaves.
