Aperol Flip Cocktail
The weekend is finally here, and what better way to celebrate than with a lovely champagne cocktail that’s easy to make and even easier to drink! Courtesy of Liquor.com, this bubbly cocktail is fizzy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 ounce Aperol
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 2 ounces champagne
- orange zest strip for garnish

Instructions
- Add the Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well-chilled and frothy.
- Pour the Champagne into a Martini glass. Strain the Aperol mixture into the glass. Pinch the strip of orange zest to release its oil into the glass and then lay it atop the foam.
