Ingredients
- 12 baby corn sliced lengthwise
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tblsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
- 3 tblsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 slit green chilli
- Water as needed

Instructions
- Chop baby corn or slit it in lengthwise. Set aside.
- Take the ingredients for grinding in a blender and puree it finely.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add in cumin seeds and sizzle it.
- Add in the pureed masala and cook till oil separates.
- Add in spice powders, salt and sugar. Mix well
- Add in baby corn and water. Cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Let the steam go by itself.
- Open the cooker and serve.
