- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sweet relish
- 2 tsp minced onions
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 square cut fish portions
- 2 slices cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions
- Begin by making the tartar sauce for which you'll simply need to mix together mayonnaise, relish, minced onion and salt.
- Marinade the fish for 10 minutes in the lemon juice.
- Now cover the fillets with milk, coat in breadcrumbs and refrigerate the fish for at least 10 minutes.
- Deep fry the fish and grill the burger buns.
- On the inside of the buns, spread the tartar sauce on the top bun and place cheese slices on the bottom one.
- Place the fish on the cheese and place the top.
- Microwave the burgers for 15-20 seconds before serving.
