- 100 gram black whole gram
- 50 gram fresh tomato puree
- 25 gram Cream
- 25 gram butter
- 12 gram ginger garlic paste
- 5 gram kasoori methi
- salt to taste
Ingredients

- Boil the dal overnight with butter and milk.
- Heat ghee in the pan and add ginger garlic paste.
- Add tomato gravy and dal.
- Add salt and butter.
- Garnish with kasoori methi and cream.
- Serve hot.
