Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350º. Cover the baking dish with a butter spray and par bake your crust for 3 minutes.
- Combine eggs, flour, mayonnaise, and milk and mix well. Add remainder of the ingredients (except crab meat) and mix well.
- Combine the ingredients for the seafood seasoning and sprinkle on top of crab pie.
- Fold in crab meat and try not to separate the lumps of crab meat too much. Pour into 2 separate piecrusts, sprinkle with additional Old Bay Seasoning.
- Pour the mix into the par-baked piecrust. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
If you can find Old Bay seasoning then you can replace the 'seafood seasoning' with that.
