The rickey is a highball drink made from gin, half of a lime squeezed and dropped in the glass, and carbonated water. Little or no sugar is added to the rickey.

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour the gin and lime juice over the ice.
  3. Top with club soda.
